You know those American movies where the kid is lying on the upstairs bed and throwing a ball against a wall? Such a simple thing, but yet oh so powerful. And if you do it on hard surface and with your non-dominant hand, then your back might like it and you’ll also become more ambidextrous.
Perhaps I’ll try Baoding balls next.
