Salami Napoli
A classic which we make almost every time.
Ingredients
- Tomato sauce from canned San Marzano tomatoes, basil, pepper, salt and dash of lemon
- Pirkka Salami Napoli (doesn’t contain garlic)
- Mozzarella
- Pepper
- Basil
- Njuda (or pickled jalapenos, optional)
Summer
Ingredients
- Tomato sauce from canned San Marzano tomatoes, basil, pepper, salt and dash of lemon
- Jamon serrano
- Zucchini
- Manchego
- Pomegranate
- BasilPine nuts
- Dash of balsamic vinegar
Fishy business
A not so traditional pizza when you long for a change in your pizza menu.
Ingredients
- White sauce from crème fraîche
- Smoked salmon
- Aspargus
- Good amount of parmesan
- Pepper
- Basil
- A squeeze of lemon
- Toasted pine nuts
